By creating an account or using TutorRadar ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all users, including free (Lite) and paying (Pro) subscribers.
TutorRadar is an independent, privately operated analytics platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or formally connected to Preply Inc. in any capacity. "Preply" is a registered trademark of Preply Inc. All references to Preply within this platform are solely for descriptive purposes to identify the third-party marketplace for which analytics services are provided.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($29/mo) or annually ($279/yr) via Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.
Annual billing — charged as a single payment of $279 at the start of each billing cycle.
Monthly billing — charged at $29 at the start of each monthly cycle.
All payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store card details. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full Pro access until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us within 7 days and we will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
Market data is collected from publicly accessible listing pages on Preply.com and refreshed on a weekly schedule. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the data.
AI-generated audits and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice. Results — including changes to search ranking, booking rates, or income — are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutorRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
All platform code, design, copy, and proprietary analytics methodology are owned by TutorRadar. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without written permission.
Market data presented on the platform is derived from publicly available sources and is provided as an analytical output — not raw data for redistribution.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, attempt fraud, or engage in behaviour harmful to the platform or other users. In the case of a paid subscription, we will provide a pro-rated refund for unused time unless the termination is due to a violation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TutorRadar operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
